1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Chakravyuh, a software-as-a-service product owned and operated by M/S Digital Azadi Marketing Agency LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a plan, creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate details, keep your password confidential and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Licence to use Chakravyuh

During your paid subscription we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Chakravyuh for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer, scrape or share your login outside your account.

4. Plans, fees and taxes

Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Launch and renewal offers are available only as described on the Pricing page and may be withdrawn at any time. Prices for future renewals may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment partners, including Razorpay, PhonePe and Instamojo. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Your access starts once the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is returned by your bank or the gateway as per their timelines.

6. Subscription period and renewal

Each plan runs for the period you buy (1, 3, 6 or 12 months, plus any bonus set-up month stated in the offer). Plans do not renew automatically. You choose to renew before or after the plan ends.

7. Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited or unlawful messages, or contacting people who have not agreed to hear from you
• No illegal, misleading, hateful, adult or infringing content
• No attempts to hack, overload or disrupt the platform
• No use that breaks WhatsApp, email, advertising or telecom rules that apply to you

8. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the leads, pages and content you add. You allow us to host and process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for having consent to store and contact the people in your data.

9. Our intellectual property

Chakravyuh, its software, design, templates and brand belong to us. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, do not pay, or put the platform or other users at risk. You may stop using Chakravyuh at any time as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. After expiry, your data is kept for 30 days and then deleted unless the law requires us to keep it.

11. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.

12. Disclaimer and limit of liability

Chakravyuh is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any level of leads, sales or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from your content, your messages to your contacts, or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to us first so we can try to settle any issue.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

M/S Digital Azadi Marketing Agency LLP ("we") runs Chakravyuh. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have, in line with Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Information we collect

• Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name
• Billing details: billing address, GSTIN and payment status (not your card, UPI PIN or bank passwords)
• Usage data: login times, device and browser type, IP address, pages used
• Customer data you add to Chakravyuh: your leads, messages, funnels and reports
• Messages you send to our support team

3. Why we use it

• To create your account and deliver login details
• To take payments, issue GST invoices and prevent fraud
• To run the product, give support and fix problems
• To send service messages such as receipts, renewals and security notices
• To improve Chakravyuh through usage analytics

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your data to perform our contract with you, to follow the law, and with your consent where needed. You can withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link or writing to us.

5. Your customer data

You are in control of the lead data you store in Chakravyuh. We act as a processor for it, use it only to provide the service, do not sell it and do not use it for our own advertising.

6. Sharing your information

We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the service, under confidentiality terms: payment partners (Razorpay, PhonePe, Instamojo), hosting and email or WhatsApp delivery providers, and analytics tools. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell personal data.

7. Payments

Payments are collected by our payment partners on their own secure pages. They handle your card, UPI and net banking details under their own privacy policies. We receive only the payment status, amount and reference ID.

8. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may stop working.

10. How long we keep data

We keep account data while your subscription is active and for 30 days after expiry. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as Indian law requires (generally up to 8 years).

11. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a complaint. Email connect@digitalazadiagency.com and we will respond within 30 days.

12. Children

Chakravyuh is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top. For major changes we will also notify you by email.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Chakravyuh, a 100% digital SaaS product of M/S Digital Azadi Marketing Agency LLP. Please read it before you pay. By buying a plan you agree to it.

2. Refund window

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your payment date if Chakravyuh does not work as described on our website and our support team cannot fix the problem within 3 working days of your report.

3. How to request a refund

• Email connect@digitalazadiagency.com from your registered email address
• Write "Refund request" in the subject line
• Include your name, payment ID or invoice number and the reason
• We acknowledge your request within 2 working days and give a decision within 5 working days

4. How and when you get the money

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet used with Razorpay, PhonePe or Instamojo). The amount, including the GST charged, reaches you within 7 to 10 working days after approval. Bank timelines may vary.

5. Offer and discounted plans

The launch offer (3 months for ₹9,999 + GST) and the renewal offer (12 months for ₹29,999 + GST) follow the same 7-day refund window. The bonus set-up month included with the launch offer has no cash value and is not refundable. A refund on an offer plan ends your access and the offer cannot be claimed again on the same account.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by emailing us. Plans do not renew automatically, so you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not give a refund after the 7-day window.

7. Non-refundable cases

• Requests made after 7 days from the payment date
• Change of mind after you have used the service beyond basic set-up
• Results such as fewer leads or sales than you expected, as these depend on your offer and ad spend
• Third-party costs such as ad spend, WhatsApp, SMS or email sending charges
• Accounts suspended or ended for breaking the Terms & Conditions
• Partial months or unused time on a plan

8. Failed or duplicate payments

If money is deducted but you did not receive your login within 5 minutes, or you were charged twice, write to us with the payment ID. We will activate your account or refund the extra amount within 7 working days. Gateway-failed payments are usually reversed automatically by your bank in 5 to 7 working days.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can solve it quickly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.

Digital Delivery Policy

This is a 100% digital SaaS product. Account activation and login credentials are delivered immediately via registered email within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

No physical shipping

Nothing is shipped. You use Chakravyuh through your web browser.

If you don't receive your login

Check your spam folder, then write to connect@digitalazadiagency.com with your payment ID. We resend credentials within one working day (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST).
